Carol wants to use him to stop disasters before they happen while Tony has doubts the visions are always accurate and it's wrong to go after someone before they even did anything. Several events have happened as a result to responding to these visions, such as a battle against Thanos which led to the death of War Machine and She-Hulk being put in a coma, and Hawkeye killing Banner before he could turn into the Hulk with a specialized arrow. Ulysses' next vision shows Miles Morales killing Captain America and Carol goes after Miles. Tony arrives to stop her. The fight between Captain Marvel and Iron Man comes to a head as she blasts right through Tony's suit, much to the shock of Captain America and Miles. These visions have led to a battle with Thanos that cost War Machine his life, Hawkeye killing Bruce Banner with an arrow specially prepared if he were to turn into the Hulk again, and an innocent woman being arrested for being suspected of working for HYDRA. The last vision predicted that Miles Morales would kill Steve Rogers. After losing favor with Black Panther and the Inhumans, Carol still wants to go after Miles. Maria Hill told her that they have located him. Medusa and Karnak approached Ulysses who seems to be zoned out. Medusa tells him that the Ulitmates want him to get more tests since his powers have been evolving rapidly and his visions have become more off-putting. Tony Stark has doubts of just how reliable these visions were. One vision predicted the arrival of Thanos and the battle to stop him ended with the death of War Machine and landing She Hulk in a coma. Another prediction has the Hulk flip out and kill everyone, and Hawkeye killed Bruce Banner before it could happen with a special Gamma treated arrow Banner himself made. After Carol had a random woman arrested thinking she worked for HYDRA, a fight broke out between her team and Tony's team, when suddenly everyone sees Ulysses' vision of Miles Morales killing Steve Rogers. This led to a battle against Thanos that resulted in the death of War Machine and She Hulk being put in a coma. Another vision predicted that the Hulk would go crazy and kill everyone, and Hawkeye shot a Gamma-treated arrow to kill Bruce Banner before he would turn. The courts acquitted Hawkeye, labeling him a hero which enrages She Hulk. Carol arrests a woman she suspects is working for HYDRA due to Ulysses' visions, but she is rescued by Nightcrawler on behalf of Tony. Carol and Tony's big groups of superheroes finally face off as an all-out war is about to break out. The issue opens with a helicopter flying tourists around, showing them the Statue of Liberty. Captain Marvel wants to use his abilities to do exactly that, but Tony Stark is worried about attacking people before they do anything. One prediction foretold of the appearance of Thanos on Earth, and in that battle, She Hulk is mortally injured and War Machine dies. Ulysses has another vision of the Hulk flipping out and killing everyone, so Carol goes to see him. Bruce Banner is killed by a special Gamma Arrow entrusted by him to Hawkeye, and he is now arrested and in trial. This only creates more tension between Tony and Carol. Let's see what happens. The issue opens with Carol coming to visit She-Hulk who had just got out of her coma. She remembers the battle with Thanos that put her in that condition. Iron Man kidnaps the kid and tries to force him to see his visions so he can study how they work. Tony Stark wonders about the ramifications of the heroes knowing about their future and acting upon it. When the Ultimates use Ulysses's visions to predict where Thanos will appear on Earth, they set out to stop him and the battle killed Rhodey. With the news of his death causing a devastating blow, Tony Stark sets out to find the kid. A severely injured She-Hulk tells Captain Marvel to stop him. The issue opens with Iron Man trying to sneak into the Inhuman's home and kidnap Ulysses while he sleeps. Medusa finds him and strangles him with her hair until he passes out. Tony manages to send electricity through the hair back at Medusa sending her flying into a wall. The rest of the Inhumans arrive and Karnak is the first to attack. He was still found guilty and was killed in prison. She-Hulk is upset but Maria Hill from SHIELD chocks it up to 'oh, he would have committed more crimes anyway'. This angers She-Hulk. Meanwhile the Terrigen Mist hit some kids and turned two of them into Inhumans. One of them came out looking like a demonic monster, another one seemingly passed out with fire in his eyes. When he woke up the entire city they were in was burnt to cinders. The story opens with Ulysses, the kid from before, running away until he finally trips and falls. Medusa and the rest of the Inhumans (Beast is there too) says they can help him and that what happened to him was a good thing.  By Mark Rodriguez So the Free Comic Book Day issue back in 2016 dealt with several heroes helping a new Inhuman named Ulysses with his future visions. One of his visions predicts that Thanos will arrive to cause trouble, so the heroes go to fight him. However during this fight War Machine dies and She-Hulk is gravely injured. Let's take a step back to what led to these events. The story opens with attorney Jennifer Walters AKA She-Hulk defending her client, Jonathan Powers, AKA the Jester (one of the lame bad guys the Superior Spider-Man once beat within an inch of his life) who was tricked into discussing his past crimes with undercover officers. She says since they couldn't pin anything on him, they arrested him basically for talking about the good old days, even though currently he has committed no crime.
