 By Mark Rodriguez The Turtles entered a Street Fighter tournament, not knowing that it was being held by Bison and Baxter. The villains have been kidnapping fighters, including Raphael and Chun Li to drain their 'Psycho Power' to fuel the Psycho Bomb. Donatello discovered that Bison plans to drop the bomb in Manhattan rather than some empty desert. Meanwhile, the Shredder has been released and he has gone completely insane. How will this crossover conclude?    The issue opens with all of the Shadaloo soldiers and captured fighters (including Pigeon Pete and Rufus) running out of the bottling plant as Bison declares that everything is over. Bison tells Balrog by radio that the bomb will soon destroy Manhattan. He calls for a helicopter so he can escape and start the mass production of more Psycho Bombs. Bison tells Balrog that he is not hiding on the roof. There is a lot of chaos going on below and Bison just can't be bothered. Donatello panics and looks over the smashed ...

 By Mark Rodriguez The Turtles enter a fighting tournament in Atlanta City where they meet the Street Fighters. Bison and Baxter are behind the tournament and have been kidnapping fighters behind-the-scenes, which include Raphael and Chun Li, to power up the Psycho Bomb. Raphael buys Chun Li some time so she can escape as the rest of the crew starts moving in on the bad guys. We find out that Shredder was one of Bison's projects and he just broke free!!   The issue opens with Shredder attacking all of the Shadaloo soldiers, and even their weapons aren't stopping him. Baxter says they aren't ready to defeat the Shredder now. He says they should retreat, formulate a plan and return to take Shredder down, but the nurse informs him that Bison walked out 20 seconds ago. Bison sees that his soldiers have captured Raphael. By Mark Rodriguez The Turtles go to Atlantic City to enter the Street Fighter tournament. Bison and Baxter are working behind the scenes and Bison is interested in Raphael. After several matches, a brawl breaks out between the Turtles and the Street Fighters. Bison takes advantage of this and sends his soldiers to attack everybody. After the fighting ends, the crew realize that Chun Li and Raphael are missing. The issue opens with Raphael and Chun Li being captured by Shadaloo Soldiers and brought to Bison and Baxter. Raphael is surprised to see Baxter involved and says that kidnapping and attacking civilians as well as rigging a fight he should have won (oh, get over it Raph) is low even for him. Chun Li sees Bison and says that's actually not low enough for him at all.    Baxter asks Bison why he brought them there. He tells Bison he specifically wanted him to leave the Turtles alone so they don't risk them ruining their plans. Bison says that was what Baxter wanted, and he ...

Bison rigs the match so Guile wins over Raphael while Chun Li defeats Michaelangelo clean. Not letting the fight go, Raph seeks out Guile for a rematch. Bison watches this rematch and plans to unlock Raph's Psycho Power. The issue opens with Raphael throwing Guile over his shoulder as Ryu, Ken and Chun Li watch. Chun Li roots for Guile to destroy Raph and Ken asks if she's ok. Raph accuses Guile of bribing the ref to rig the fight in his favor. Guile says Raph probably bought him off to avoid embarrassment, since he was also upset about the rigged fight. Raph says he was lying since his name is Guile. Guile knees Raphael in the plastron and tells him to go paint baby angels. Guile says if Raph wants a rematch he should ask him like a man, rather than try to jump him in an alley.  By Mark Rodriguez The Turtles have been having all sorts of crossovers lately, from Batman to Ghostbusters. This time they get to meet the Street Fighter characters. What evil plans are Bison and Baxter up to as they watch the Turtles enter the Street Fighter tournament? Part 1 opens with Raphael punching Guile in the face. Guile punches him right back, as they're fighting it out in the tournament. Leonardo, Donatello, Michealangelo and Jennika are watching from outside the ring, as are Ryu, Ken and Chun Li. He throws another punch that Raph manages to block. Raph throws another punch but this time Guile grabs his arm and pulls him in for a headlock. Guile says that Raph can't escape. The Ninja Turtle says that he was just wearing him out.
