Dragonball Super- Super Hero movie *news and updates!!!*

 By Mark Rodriguez

One of the biggest complaints people have had with Dragonball Super is the fact that despite all the years passing during the series, Goten and Trunks were still kids. I mean, they even kids during their short cameo in the Dragonball Super Broly movie. As we saw news and trailer for the new movie, we noticed Pan was started to age and get closer to how we see her in the final chapters of Dragonball Z. It made fans wonder would Toei finally age up Goten and Trunks, or even take the easy way out and just not have them appear at all? Well today we find out that we will finally see the Dragonball Super version of Goten and Trunks getting older.

Two things to note here. First it seems Goten kept his father's hairstyle, since it usually changes when he's older in previous versions, also Trunks' hair is now blue to match his future self, or at least the DBS version of Future Trunks

One thing we noticed is that these two are are in an extended version of the Dragonball Super movie poster, purposely left out to keep this surprise secret. They're also doing the Fusion pose, but if you notice, their fingers aren't lining up right. For those that don't know, one of the conditions of the Fusion is to mirror each other's moves to the letter or else you'll become a failed Fusion and be stuck like that for half an hour. Looks like we're gonna see a failed version of the Fusion. In other news, the full poster also revealed that Android 18 will also be in the movie, which is also cool.

For those curious, based on the trailers and interviews and whatnot, it seems the plot involves the return of the Red Ribbon Army and their new Androids, Gamma 1 and Gamma 2 that are acting like superheroes to the world at large. It seems that this is going on while Goku and Vegeta are training with Broly on Beerus' planet, so this time it will fall upon Gohan, Piccolo, Pan, and now I assume, Goten, Trunks, Android 18 and Krillin to solve the problem on their own. Finally a time for Gohan to take center stage as the main hero. Of course another thing worth noting is that the movie's art style seems to go for a cell shaded look that makes it look like the cut scenes shown in Dragonball FighterZ or DBZ Kakarrot.

Now while everyone is celebrating the return of Gohan being a bad-ass, I still doubt they're gonna completely leave Goku, Vegeta and Broly out of the main action. I would not be surprised if they appear at the very last second to still do something.

I'm not sure where the rumor started but everyone seems to think that there's a possibility of Cell making a comeback. That would be interesting if true. I can imagine if they must bring in Goku in the end to save the day, he can help defeat Cell after Gohan hopefully defeats Gamma 1 and Gamma 2 on his own. But wow, can you imagine Broly VS Cell? That would be a dream match finally made canon if they go that route.

The other news coming out is that the movie will hit Japan on April 22nd but for some reason.... it won't hit the states til sometime in the Summer. What the hell guys. This reminds me a bit about Dragonball Z Battle of Gods, a movie that took so long for Funimation to get to it that they actually dubbed the game DBZ Battle of Z which had Beerus in it before they dubbed the movie. Resurrection F and DBS Broly were both released in limited American theaters only days apart from the Japanese release, if not the same day. So who dropped the ball here? Spoilers are inevitable and we'll be seeing images of teenage Gotenks and Cell (if he does appear) way before Summer gets here.

The movie is coming out real quick so who knows if we'll see another trailer with new footage before April. I'll keep you updated if we actually do see Cell or anyone else. That rumor can go either way to be honest. Stay tuned for updates.

Dragonball- It's time to go beyond Z or end it

By Mark Rodriguez So while the Dragonball Super anime has ended for a few years now, and the Dragonball Super Broly movie is over a year old as well, the Dragonball Super manga has actually continued past the Tournament of Power and  Super Broly movie. As this new arc, nicknamed the Moro Arc after its main villain is coming to a close, the question is where do they do from here? Also before you get into this article, I really hope you know your DBZ because there are just waaaaaay too many characters to take the time out to explain who everyone is one by one. Dragonball and Dragonball Z is one of the longest running anime and manga series since the 80's and while it seemed it was put to pasture after Dragonball GT ended in 1997, the only thing left was for the American dubs to catch up. Despite this the love and nostalgia for the series lived on with videogames and the occasional special here and there that would bring back the characters (like the Yo, Son Goku and his Friends Retu

Arachna# 1 Review *Spoilers*

By Mark Rodriguez Here's another awesome comic from independent artists that opened up an Indiegogo to get it started. I usually don't chip in unless it looks real good, like you just know they're gonna hit their goal. Arachna, a sexy superheroine with a split personality and an amazing art syle, sure looked like a good pick for me.  With lots of clever marketing in advance, even getting a person to dress as Arachna herself to bring the character to life, they hit their goal the same day they actually opened the Indiegogo for donations. I chipped in for the comic and the shirt, and here is my review on the latest superheroine that's bringing sexy back to comics, Arachna! Also note, while I'll try to keep my language as tame as I can, this book deals with way more adult stuff than I usually discuss on this blog. The Adventure Begins The issue opens with Jennie lying in bed naked in her apartment, a noticeable pile of sketches lying on the floor. She awakens to a voi

Five Nights at Freddy's- How FNAF 2 Complicated the Lore

By Mark Rodriguez Five Nights at Freddy's.... a game series that started out by being a security guard trying to survive 5 nights at a pizzeria full of haunted animatronics that spawned lots of sequels. Now the latest one is looking like it's going to be about some of the animatronics actually trying to keep you safe from a serial killer that might have been brainwashed by a possessed VR game. What the hell? FNAF.... how it started and where it's going......  Here's a quick trip down memory lane over just how simple the story of FNAF seemed to be in the first game, and how the second game started the long path of the huge mess that we have now. Now when the first game came out back in 2014, creator Scott Cawthon had no way of knowing it would be a smash hit with lots of sequels. In fact, it was a bit of a last desperate attempt to make it in the gaming business. It's hard to believe nowadays, but had FNAF failed, Scott would have given up working on video games and
