We're going to be busy in the next few weeks, so we decided to pick up what comics we have in the pullbox before they pile up too much. We got a few interesting pics, and some we might not review.
Superior Avengers # 6
I'll have to catch up with this one.
Eddie Brock Carnage # 8
I'll also have to catch up on this one.
The New Avengers # 4
Looks like the New Avengers will be facing off the Illuminati, or rather, corrupted versions of them.
Wolverine and Deadpools # 3
Deadpool's daughter targets Wolverine, while Wade and Laura try to break it off.
Batman Dark Patterns # 10
The fourth and final mystery of this mini-series starts here! The Child of Fire part one!
Thundercats# 18
It looks like Cheetara and Tygra are headed towards a relationship upgrade.
Gargoyles Demona # 3
This was one of Wendy's picks. Demona has her own series (or mini-series) and she might have to hunt down the first tow issues.
Red Hood # 1
The comic that was pretty much cancelled the same day it was released due to outside political contraries. All comic shops were told to stop selling the comic and also cancel any orders for issues 2 and 3. We managed to snag a few copies thanks to Alpha Comics. We might not review this one because we plan to keep them in their bags and boards, never to be touched.
Deadpool/Batman # 1
The first big crossover between Marvel and DC in decades. We'll be reviewing this one for sure, BUT we did get an extra variant cover (apparently one of 19 different variants) to keep bagged and sealed for years.
I also got two more comics in the mail the very next day, so I added them in here.
Marvel Team Up #140- Spider-Man and the Black Widow
I've seen this issue here and there and I finally grabbed on with a steal of a price from Warehouse Auction Centers. I also love Black Widow in her 80's outfit with the collar.
Silke # 1
I just noticed the book doesn't exactly say 'Issue 1' anywhere, so I'm not sure if it's a stand-alone or if it's a case of 'let's see if people want an Issue 2' I'm sucker for a hot babe on the cover and it was also sold by Warehouse Auction Centers, so I saved on shipping.
Those were our picks. Things will be busy in the upcoming weeks and we didn't want to come to Third Eye with a hundred dollar stack of comics. We'll see what issues we might find down the line.
