So this time around it seems we're getting more characters double-dipping, we're skipping a week, and then we're getting a free 30th Anniversary update. I'm curious as to what's going on.
So Minato got a new outfit and another outfit bundle to catch her up with the others last month... and now she's getting yet another outfit. We then skip the second week for some reason, and now Honoka gets to triple or quadruple dip with yet another costume, which is sure to anger fans of Christie, Tina or anyone else that hasn't gotten an outfit yet. The most intriguing thing is this free 30th Anniversary DLC.
Minato gets a Weekend Mission Bundle, and as before, it's the same outfit in four different colors, each with a different name. We'll get back to these at the end of the month. I'm not sure which one I'll get, but it might be either the black one or the white one with the pink cap and straps.
Of course, I'm sure everyone is curious as to what the free 30th Anniversary DLC will be. I'm hoping it's some sort of costume that extends to everyone, like everyone getting a tracksuit or something. I seriously doubt it'll be a whole new stage or character, not for free anyway. Maybe one of the stages will get the Oboro effect, which is supposed to improve the lighting and visuals. So far since the game's release, the only stage that was given the Oboro upgrade was The Lost Paradise stage. Hopefully it's something good. Considering the fact that Minato and Honoka are getting even more new costumes, I know the fanbase will be on the uproar if the free DLC is just a free cap with the 'DOA 30th' to add to everyone.
I also wonder if we'll get something on that second week similar to the free pumpkin heads we got last month. With the final week giving away something free, I doubt they'd give away something else on that second week, but who knows? I guess we'll have to wait to find out.
