My November 2020 Shirt Haul

 By Mark Rodriguez

This month won't be as crazy as last month (or at least my wallet hopes so). I did order a few shirts here and there, as well as the ones that are coming from the usual subscription boxes. Let's check them out.

ProWrestlingTees order- November 7, 2020

AEW Dynamite One Year Anniversary

This is an awesome shirt that commemorates the one year anniversary of AEW's TV show on TNT. I like how the O features the 2 champs we had so far, Jericho and Moxley, the N has Riho, Nyla and Shida, the 3 female champs, and the R shows Cody and Brodie as the TNT champs. It reminds me where these guys and gals have been throughout that year. I really hope they make a second one for the two year anniversary.

Jericho and MJF- Le Diner Debonair

So we have a kinda/sorta feud where MJF wants to become part of Jericho's Inner Circle, and during this 'two heels are buddy buddy' angle, Jericho invited MJF to a steak dinner. What no one was expecting was for Jericho and MJF to actually break into a song and dance number ala something you'd see the Rat Pack do at a dinner show, complete with back-up dancers and everything. The bit was hilarious and warranted its own shirt, so I just had to get it. Opinions vary on whether the actual bit was funny or lame, but I loved it. I knew Jericho had the singing talent, but never knew MJF did too.

October Loot Crate - Venom shirt- November 8, 2020

So this time the box's theme was 'Shadows' so it featured things related to The Crow, Venom and the Black Widow. The shirt went to Venom and while it's a cool design I noticed a big flaw on where the character was placed. Like look at all of this empty black space, why is Venom resting on the lower left of the shirt? It looks like the image should have been more centered... and we have the proof.

It just so happens that I also bought this box for Johnny so that we can do a double-unboxing. Now I wear a size XL and my bro wears a size Small. If you notice not only is Venom more centered but he covers up a whole lot more of the shirt.

I mean it's almost like they used the exact same size of the image regardless of the shirt size. Like guys, you're supposed to center and expand the image depending on the shirt size so in the end they all look pretty much the same. Like the image shouldn't be all over a size Small but hidden on the bottom left of the size XL. I wonder how bad it would look for anyone that ordered a size XXL or something, or was it only my shirt that came out wrong? What the hell happened here Lootcrate?

Fully Gimmicked- Hawlee Cromwell shirt- November 13, 2020

The Sorceress of the Dark Moon is one of my favorite indie wrestlers currently and this is her most recent shirt released on Fully Gimmicked. It's a pretty cool design and I chose to go for the Navy Blue one since I have enough black wrestling shirts.

To get this shirt as well as other shirts related to Hawlee as well as other indie stars go to https://fullygimmicked.com/. Hawlee also has more shirts at Pro Wrestling Tees.

ProWrestlingTees shirt- November 18, 2020 Full Gear Shirt

Pretty cool shirt which is basically the poster for Full Gear. Full Gear weekend had a 20% off sale on all AEW shirts and such, so I went for it. Love the shirt, I did find it funny how originally Miro (Rusev) was on the cover, but he was removed cause I guess he wasn't a big enough deal as they have planned for.

The event was a lot of fun and I'm glad Hikaru Shida is still the AEW Women's Champion. Also glad that Darby Allin is the new TNT Champion as well.

ProWrestlingCrate Nov. 25, 2020

Chris Jericho 'Bambino Shirt'

This time, Chuck, Johnny and I all got the ProWrestlingCrate and we got some goodies. The first shirt was related to Chris Jericho, though I'm not sure why it's called 'Bambino'. I love it and it really looks like something you'd find at ProWrestlingTees.

Gotta love Le Champeon. Funny thing is, the box was supposed to come with a Bully Ray item but it was pushed back to the next month and replaced by Jericho. Will next month come with a Bully Ray shirt?

"Figure Story" shirt

Here we got a Toy Story parody shirt based on a wrestling podcast featuring Matt Cardona, Brian Myers, Swoggle and Chelsea Green. I think this is the first time ProWrestlingCrate featured a shirt based on a podcast.

Geek Fuel Box November 2020- Gremlins Shirt- Nov 30, 2020

This was a cool box, though I was a bit confused since it was holiday themed, even though it's the November box and not the December box (I think?) and it came with a cool Gremlins shirt.

Based on the classic movie that did in fact take place on Christmas, the shirt references the final act when the Gremlins took over a movie theater playing Snow White and one of them was wearing 3D glasses.

My Opinions-

I got some pretty cool shirts this month, with Geek Fuel Box coming in on the very last day of the month. Not counting shirts that I purposely bought, I have to say my favorite shirts I got this time around are the Gremlins shirt and the Chris Jericho shirt from ProWrestlingCrate. The least favorite shirt was the LootCrate Venom shirt since, as previously mentioned, the image was too low and to the side on an XL while it was way better centered on a size Small. Maybe next time guys.

Dragonball- It's time to go beyond Z or end it

By Mark Rodriguez So while the Dragonball Super anime has ended for a few years now, and the Dragonball Super Broly movie is over a year old as well, the Dragonball Super manga has actually continued past the Tournament of Power and  Super Broly movie. As this new arc, nicknamed the Moro Arc after its main villain is coming to a close, the question is where do they do from here? Also before you get into this article, I really hope you know your DBZ because there are just waaaaaay too many characters to take the time out to explain who everyone is one by one. Dragonball and Dragonball Z is one of the longest running anime and manga series since the 80's and while it seemed it was put to pasture after Dragonball GT ended in 1997, the only thing left was for the American dubs to catch up. Despite this the love and nostalgia for the series lived on with videogames and the occasional special here and there that would bring back the characters (like the Yo, Son Goku and his Friends Retu

Arachna# 1 Review *Spoilers*

By Mark Rodriguez Here's another awesome comic from independent artists that opened up an Indiegogo to get it started. I usually don't chip in unless it looks real good, like you just know they're gonna hit their goal. Arachna, a sexy superheroine with a split personality and an amazing art syle, sure looked like a good pick for me.  With lots of clever marketing in advance, even getting a person to dress as Arachna herself to bring the character to life, they hit their goal the same day they actually opened the Indiegogo for donations. I chipped in for the comic and the shirt, and here is my review on the latest superheroine that's bringing sexy back to comics, Arachna! Also note, while I'll try to keep my language as tame as I can, this book deals with way more adult stuff than I usually discuss on this blog. The Adventure Begins The issue opens with Jennie lying in bed naked in her apartment, a noticeable pile of sketches lying on the floor. She awakens to a voi

Batman/TMNT Adventures # 2

By Mark Rodriguez Batman was on the hunt for Two-Face who told him he went to another world. The Turtles discover Kraang portals and run into Clayface. As Batman discovers that Two-Face was telling the truth, the Joker and Harley find themselves in New York facing off against the Foot! This issue opens one week early as Harley is being brought into Arkham by security along a soapy floor. Harley 'slips' and takes advantage of this to take out the guards. She sets the Joker free and hands over his trademark outfit while she slips into her own. Joker complains that this break out was boring and lacks the flair he's used to. They both then see the shining Kraang portals. Joker gets and idea and drags the guards around to form a smile (with the portals being eyes) as they make their escape.  The Joker explains this to Shredder as he and Harley makes fun of his name. Shredder already lost his patience and he tells Bebop and Rocksteady to get rid of them. Joker offers to show the
